- Our company’s story began in 1903 in Bankeryd, Småland, Sweden, where many of our bathroom furniture products are still manufactured and assembled today.
- Our bathroom accessories and fittings are stocked at our UK warehouse in Thame, Oxfordshire for fast dispatch across the United Kingdom.
- Our bathroom furniture collection is partly stocked in Thame and partly assembled in Sweden to order. For this reason, delivery times for furniture may vary depending on the product and availability.
- Furniture assembled to order is produced in Sweden before being shipped to our UK warehouse in Thame, Oxfordshire for final dispatch.
- Because we hold stock in the UK, we are able to dispatch orders quickly and maintain consistent delivery times.
- Each order is carefully checked and prepared by our warehouse team before leaving Thame to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
How Your Order Is Delivered
The delivery method is determined by the largest item in your order.
For example:
- If you order a vanity unit and a tap, both items will normally be delivered together on a pallet.
- If you order a vanity unit only, it will be delivered via pallet delivery.
- If you order smaller items such as taps or accessories, they will normally be delivered via parcel courier.
Where possible, we aim to ship orders complete from our warehouse in a single delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs depend on order value, delivery method and delivery location. The applicable delivery charge will always be displayed at checkout.
Parcel Deliveries
Mainland UK
- Orders over £100 – Free delivery
- Orders under £100 – £4.50 delivery charge
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly
- Orders over £200 – Free delivery
- Orders under £200 – £15.00 delivery charge
Pallet Deliveries (Large Items)
Large items such as furniture, basins and toilets may be delivered via pallet or specialist courier.
Mainland UK
- Orders over £500 – Free delivery
- Orders under £500 – £30.00 delivery charge
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly
- Orders over £750 – Free delivery
- Orders under £750 – £60.00 delivery charge
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
Parcel Deliveries
Smaller items such as accessories and taps are usually delivered within:
2–5 working days from dispatch.
Tracking details will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Furniture & Large Items
While many furniture items are held in stock at our UK warehouse, some products are assembled in Sweden to order.
For these items, delivery times may typically be between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the product and current availability.
Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and confirmed after order processing.
Kerbside Delivery
Large pallet deliveries are typically kerbside delivery, meaning the courier will deliver the goods to the kerbside outside your property.
Drivers are generally unable to:
- carry items inside the property
- deliver items upstairs
- unpack products or remove packaging
- provide installation
You may therefore need assistance to move items safely into your home.
Order Processing & Tracking
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed on working days (Monday–Friday) excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information, where available.
Before You Order
Before placing your order, please ensure that:
- the product dimensions are suitable for your space
- items can pass through doorways, staircases and access points
- there is suitable access for delivery vehicles
- someone is available to receive the delivery
If you are unsure about dimensions or delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your goods as soon as possible after delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged:
- take photographs of the packaging and product
- notify us as soon as possible
- retain the packaging where possible
This helps us resolve any delivery issues quickly.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, restricted access or incorrect delivery information, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the goods to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Returns & Cancellations

Installation
All products should be inspected before installation.
Installation should be carried out by a qualified professional where appropriate.
We cannot accept liability for damage caused by incorrect installation or handling.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly may take slightly longer due to regional courier networks.
For deliveries outside the UK, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes above, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

- severe weather
- high seasonal demand
- supply chain disruptions
