The terms below apply to purchases at millerbathrooms.com/uk. If you have purchased your product from one of our retailers, please contact them with any questions you may have.

Prices

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate, unless otherwise stated.  In the event of any errors with pricing, we will inform the customer who then has the full right to cancel or change their order.

Refund

Refunds for your return minus any return deductions will be made within 30 days of our receipt and approval of your return. Refunds will be made via the same payment method that was chosen when you placed your order.

Delivery

Courier delivery

For parcel deliveries to mainland UK, shipping is free for order values ​​over £100 - if the value is less than £100, a shipping cost of £4.50 will be added. 

For parcel deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles, shipping is free for order values over £200 – if the value is less than £200, a shipping cost of £15.00 will be added.

For pallet deliveries to mainland UK, shipping is free for orders over £500 - if the value is less than £500, a shipping cost of £30.00 will be added. 

For pallet deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles, shipping is free for orders over £750 - if the value is less than £750, a shipping cost of £60.00 will be added.

Follow your order step by step

1. Automatic order confirmation

After placing your order, an automatic order confirmation is emailed to you and your purchase is added to your Klarna account.

2. Order acknowledgement

Orders received from our website will be processed on weekdays between 8:30 and 16:00.  An email acknowledgement will be emailed to you, informing you of the estimated delivery date.

3. Delivery

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will be notified by our courier that your order is on its way.

Returns Policy

Transit Damage

Your goods must be checked for damage or shortage within 10 days of delivery, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.  Please contact websales@millerbathrooms.co.uk with your order details, along with photographs of the damaged item/packaging and we will rectify this as soon as possible.

Returns – changed your mind?

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Miller Bathrooms purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 30 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment. Please email us at websales@millerbathrooms.co.uk detailing your order number and the details of the items being returned.  You are liable for the cost of the return.  Once we have approved your return, please ensure the item is well packed and return to: 

Miller from Sweden Ltd, Unit 16 Thame Park Business Centre, Wenman Road, Thame, Oxon, OX9 3XA.

The items must be returned unused and in resalable condition, including the original retail packaging. Fair deductions can be made to the refund if the item arrives back in a condition such that we cannot sell it as new or the packaging is missing or damaged.

Returns – faulty product?

In the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing fault, please email us at websales@millerbathrooms.co.uk detailing your order number and the details of the item that is faulty.  Within 30 days of purchase, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund to the original payment method.  If your purchase was over 30 days ago, we will offer a replacement product, free of charge. 

The right to return does not apply if the product has been subjected to accident, abuse, abnormal usage, improper installation or deviation from the care instructions provided.

Other

Colour illustrations and dimensions are for guidance only. We reserve the right to make changes to materials, construction, dimensions and designs and range without prior notice or obligation. For technical reasons, the way in which the colour of wood and other surfaces is perceived on your screen may differ from reality.

Force Majeure

Miller from Sweden Ltd is not liable for damage or delay due to legal requirements, government action, mobilisation, war, currency restrictions, system errors, errors or restrictions in deliveries from subcontractors, strikes, lockouts, boycotts, blockades, "acts of god" such as natural disasters or other similar circumstances that either prevent or make our performance difficult to such an extent that it cannot be done other than at an abnormally high cost.
