1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please email:
websales@millerbathrooms.co.uk
Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage
  • Your contact details

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If goods are faulty, you have:

  • A 30-day right to reject the goods and receive a full refund
  • After 30 days, the right to request a repair or replacement

This does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Your Right to Cancel (Stock Items)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. However, returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging where possible
  • Adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods, or
  • Receiving evidence that the goods have been returned

We will refund:

  • The full product price
  • The standard delivery cost (if applicable)

We are not required to refund:

  • Premium delivery charges
  • Return shipping costs (unless the goods are faulty)

3. Return Process

Before returning goods, please contact us at:
websales@millerbathrooms.co.uk
We will provide instructions on how to return the item safely. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.

4. Made-to-Order Items

Certain products are manufactured specifically to your specifications. These include custom-made or made-to-order items, such as worktops.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items once production has begun.
You may cancel a made-to-order item within 14 days of placing your order, provided production has not started.

If you cancel after production has begun, we reserve the right to retain a deposit of up to 30% of the product price to cover manufacturing costs incurred.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Note the damage upon delivery where possible
  • Take photographs
  • Notify us immediately

Failure to report transit damage promptly may affect the outcome of your claim.
