Bathroom Accessories

Many of our accessory ranges can be fitted with our fixing adhesive, please look for this symbol on the product information. We also offer glueable brackets for a selection of our shower baskets. We recommend that towel rails, glass shelves, mirrors, toilet brush sets, grab bars and products that carry heavy weight, are screw fixed.

The pH value of the soap can react with the metal and discolor the soap if the pump has not been used for a while. Feel free to choose a ph-neutral and milder soap and it may be better.

It's a good idea to rinse the soap pump with warm water when you change the soap and the pump mechanism can last longer.

We recommend regular cleaning with a mild, soapy solution and then wipe off with a dry cloth. Use of cleaners containing abrasive or corrosive substances, such as ammonia, will destroy the product.

Please see the Care and Cleaning advice page for more cleaning information.

We recommend regular cleaning, or when necessary, with soap and water or a light detergent and then wipe off with a dry cloth. These products are polished from production. The surface of these products is unlaquered/ without protection meaning that it will change over time. The surface is “living” and with normal usage these products will tarnish and get darker – patina. Please ensure that this finish is to your preference before making your purchase.

Please see the Care and Cleaning advice page for more cleaning information.

The brass products are polished shiny from the factory. Polished brass is a "living" surface that changes over time - the product acquires a beautiful patina. The glossiness can be maintained by polishing with metal/brass polish.

The untreated brass products have MP in their article number.

If you instead want the product to retain its surface and be unchanged - choose MP1, which is another brass finish with a lacquered surface.

Our stable fastening system "Full-fix" prevents the products from turning or twisting after they are fitted. A construction in the wall plate ensures that the accessory sits as expected after it has been fitted. From time to time it is advisable to tighten the fastening screw in your bathroom accessories.

Mirror Cabinets

Dim via the "DIM" sensor located at the bottom/end of the right, light profile.

Press and hold your finger on the sensor to increase/decrease the amount of light and release the sensor when you have reached the desired amount of light. The cabinet memorizes the last set brightness when you turn the switch on the wall on and off.

Take a picture of your entire bathroom cabinet and a detailed picture of the hinge. Enter the approximate year of purchase and contact us at customer service and we can help you with the right product.

Unfortunately, the older models of mirrors and mirror cabinets are directly adapted for the built-in halogen lighting that is in place. The lighting cannot therefore be replaced.

Warranties and type approvals cease to apply in the event of self-modification.

Under each mirror and mirror cabinet there is a facts tab. There you will find information such as lumens (lm), Kelvin (K), Watt (W), IP class, etc. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us.

Lumen is the unit of luminous flux.

Kelvin is the unit used to describe the color temperature of a light source. A lower number (eg 3000K) is perceived as a warmer white light. Whereas 6000K is a whiter light.

Watt is the electrical power that a light source draws.
