Miller from Sweden offer a variety of guarantees against faulty products, materials and workmanship across their accessory collections.  Please check the individual range pages in our catalogue to confirm which guarantee is relevant. These guarantees are strictly limited to domestic users only. For further details please call us on 01844 264800. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer a 10 year guarantee on our furniture ranges. All mirrors, glass, toilets, toilet seats and basins have a 2 year guarantee. Taps and lighting have a 5 year guarantee.

Miller from Sweden Ltd will determine whether a product is covered by the guarantee.  Miller from Sweden Ltd does not replace products that have been subjected to accident, abuse, abnormal usage, improper installation or deviation from the care instructions provided.  To make a claim under the products guarantee your original proof of purchase is required, as the respective guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
