2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- You are purchasing as a consumer and not for resale
These Terms apply to consumer sales only.

You must not:

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website where misuse is suspected.

5. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation confirming dispatch of the goods.

- Product availability issues
- Suspected fraud
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout, including Klarna.
When using Klarna, payment terms are governed by Klarna’s own conditions.
7. Title and Ownership
Ownership of the goods (title) will pass to you only once we have received full payment in cleared funds. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You must inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of visible damage as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.
You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
10. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If goods are faulty, you have:
- A 30-day right to reject and receive a full refund
- After 30 days, the right to repair or replacement
If repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.
11. Returns
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging unless faulty. We reserve the right to make deductions for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

- Minor variations in design, finish or specification may occur.
